Zephyr Announces the Release of South Cove Phase 5

SAN DIEGO (February 22, 2019) – Zephyr, creators of South Cove, Orange County’s premier barefoot living destination and Dana Point’s newest coastal home community, today announced the public release of Phase 5, which will bring twenty new homes to market, including six live/work units. Select homes in Phase 5 were privately released to a waitlist of pre-approved buyers and sold immediately, as South Cove continues to gain a reputation as Dana Point and South Orange County’s most walkable beachfront community.
With delivery slated for December 2019, Phase 5 homebuyers will have the opportunity to hand select their finishes to achieve truly custom, seaside sophistication. South Cove features three unique floor plan types: “Aliso” flats, “Trestles” townhomes and “Strands” twin homes.
