Four Unique Floorplans Now Available in Dana Point’s One and Only Barefoot Living Community.

DANA POINT (August 13, 2018) – Zephyr, developers of South Cove, Orange County’s premier barefoot living destination and Dana Point’s newest coastal home community, today announced the public release of Phase 4, which will bring ten new luxury condo residences to market.

Phase 4 signals the availability of two unique floorplans: Aliso” flats and “Trestles” townhomes. The spacious “Aliso” flats feature a one– or three-bedroom floorplans, with all living spaces on one level, while select “Aliso” plans offer stunning sunset views courtesy of a large rooftop deck.
